Best Boxing Game for XBOX

I was thinking about getting "Rocky" for XBOX. I saw Knockout Kings 2002 for $19.99 at Sam's. What's the best boxing game?

I have both. I perfer Rocky for the controls and just the fun factor. Knockout Kings doesn't doesn't have much depth.

Is Rocky worth buying or just good enough for a rental?

I have seen Rocky receive excellent reviews to pretty underwhelming reviews... Pros seem to be the amount of characters, punches, fun modes and options, and solid graphics and sounds that the game has. The only true problem with the game (from what I understand) is that there is a way to use certain patterns of punches to always defeat your opponents, no matter what difficulty setting you are playing on. Cyberock, can you confirm this? Though the cons are few, that is pretty major IMO. I have bought this game as a Christmas present to myself, and if I don't like it, EB's return policy will be in full effect...
