It was either during the 12/17 show "24" or 12/18 "Cedric the entertainer". Heineken had an ad that began showing a building from the street level and playing christmas music while panning up. As the view went up you saw an office party going on and show falling. As the view rose to the top floor it showed two stressed out accountant types shredding diocuments and the waste was going ont the window(ie the snow). It ending asking whether you have been naughty or nice.

Anyway.......it was great. Anyone know how to get it from the net for free.
