Need info on the Pioneer DV354..is it region free??

I saw the Pioneer DV354 on Wal-mart.com:

It says it will play disks from Regions 1-6. Of course they are out of stock. It looks like a nice player for only $100 after a $20 rebate (elsewhere on the web).

Does anyone have this unit and can you recommend it? I want a name brand DVD player that isn't too expensive that can play any region dvd. I have a Sharp 27U-S600 television and I don't know if it can play both NTSC and PAL. Probably not.

i dunno if its region free, but i could check it out at work.

we sell it for $107.95, THEN the rebate. so $87.95 after rebate. plus, we have about 4K in stock :-)
