I was curious about purchasing another game to use with XBOX Live. I have $30 in Gift Cards from BestBuy burning a hole in my wallet. anyways.....what are your opinions on this game????

I like Ghost Recon a lot. Halo is excellent of course. However, UNREAL was not my favorite of games to play. I own it, but it just seems TOO fast. I have yet to even try that online yet....Ghost Recon has been taking up my time.

So, will I like MechAssault???? Is it chaos or is there strategy?

I love Mechassault. In single player its lots of fun, you use lots of mechs and terrain. In multiplayer you can play bots on your local Xbox to get your skills better and try out new/different mechs and LIVE is just awesome--Its not as fast as Unreal.

It's slower than Unreal, and there is no sniping. No one shot one kill. Online is a blast, but will be better with CTF. The single player missions are worth the price of admission by themselves!

Speedwise, it's between unreal and ghost recon. I have not played any of the single player but went straight for online. I got the game originally just because it was live enabled so the first time I tried it out, I thought it was terrible! But, I played again with some friends and that definitely made a lot of difference. Get it and have a blast
