No thread? Did anybody watch it?
Again, NBC with the whole drawn out teaser about Sam's last day when it was such a minor thing in this episode. I loved Bartlet going off on the UN Sec Gen about parking tickets. Good stuff. Has there been official word about Joshua Malina joining the cast because that's what the endiing pretty much told us.

NBC sucks ... their promos suck ... how they landed quality television like this is beyond me.
Anyway, excellent episode. I like how they tried to establish a relationship between Will and Toby - excellent character development for both of them. The Star Trek stuff was priceless.

Bartlett going off about the parking tickets was priceless! He needs to lay off the coffee. As far as I know there's been no official work about Malina joining the cast. They could keep him just until the state of the union or they could turn him into a regular character. I think the conversation with Toby left it open for either possibility.

they certainly couldn't wait to get rob lowe out of there. from the beginning of the season he was taken out of the quick cast shots for promos and then in his last episode he was only in it for 5 minutes. that totally sucks. i will be looking forward to josh molina. if they don't bring him on as a regular i will be pissed!

Another great episode. Here's also to hoping that they make Josh Molina's character a regular on the show, with Danica McKellar making frequent appearances as his half sister

As much as I don't like the idea of Rob Lowe leaving....I think the best thing to buffer the change (and maybe better in the long run) is Josh Malina to join the cast. Now that would be cool.
