Live Performance DVD Available Early Next Year
Slayer is set to release the DVD "War at the Warfield" Early February 2003. The DVD, recorded at San Francisco venue the Warfield on December 7, 2001, features the band's former drummer Paul Bostaph, who dropped off the tour last December because of a chronic elbow injury.
Bostaph was replaced on the road by the band's original drummer, Dave Lombardo, who will play on Slayer's next record.

Bwha-ha-WHAT? Dave Lombardo is considered one of the pioneering metal drummers. Especially with double-bass drumming. Just listen to Reign in Blood and all will be revealed. Keep in mind this also came out around 1985 too, before most uber-death metal bands you hear today were even conceived. The man has CHOPS!
