Title says it all! Are there any games similar to Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance or Diablo for the PS2?

As far as I've seen, that game isn't for the PS2, which is what I asked about.

Pick up Drakan the Ancient Gates for PS2. I think it is like under $20 now. Same type of action as BG: DA and Diablo, but a little more 3Dish.

What's Baldar's Gate like on the PS2? I thought it was like a D&D RPG like Diablo. I've only seen PC versions. I was thinking of picking BG up as a rental once, but my roommate made fun of me. I've played Drakan for the PC and it's like a 3rd Person shooter/slasher with a flying dragon - very cool game. Flawed, but cool. Is Drakan for the PS2 different? Or is Baldar's Gate more like Drakan?

BG: DA pretty much is a BG game from the PC but with play like Diablo. You get 3 choices of a character, go into your dungeon area, get swarmed by things, open chests, etc. like in Diablo, but it's set in the BG world, uses D&D rules, and you're on a quest like the BG PC games, so you move to a lot of different locations.

If you liked Diablo, you'd probably like BG: DA. If you've played the BG PC games, and are hoping for that exact same experience it's not going to be there.

I felt DRAKAN was more like SAVAGE SKIES meet TOMB RAIDER, not really a top view dungeon crawler. The only game similar to BAULDER GATE and DIABLO on PS2 is DARK ANGEL:VAMPIRE APOCALYPSE which ALOT of people hates!

. On dramcast would be RECORD OF LODIS WAR. On PS, (you can still play PS1 games on PS2) is DARKSToNE, very good game and cheap, as new ones are 9.99!!!!
