jarsim, I'm probably into some of the same stuff you are into, but that is not a bad Mellencamp disc! Standards aren't lowered THAT much.

Yes, I'm being unnecessarily apologetic for my tastes in music which run the gamut. Guilty pleasures are those which you do enjoy but do not think others would be particularly supportive of
amongst other clarified intepretations of meaning.

I should be unabashedly unafraid and declare all my love for those less than appealing to the musically snobby impaired.

Musical snobs beware: yes, I do like the "cutting edge" of independent and the less than known . . . \\\\\\\\\

But I am not afraid, that yes, John Cougar rocks and hair-metal alike . . . when I heard Poison blasting through on Best Buy store-wide speakers and the gyrating lyrics of Led Zeppelin . . . I said hell yeah . . . I am home.

Great JCM CD. I paid alot more for it than that. I love the title track and it pissed me off it wasn't on his Gr. Hits CD. It better be on the box set.

Scarecrow is a great album. The title track is quite good. Only problem is that it skips a whole lot on my cd
