Can't Miss Block of TV?

What is your can't miss block of television...such as what 2 or 3 hour block of television
(in a row, i.e. same channel) can you be glued to the whole time, and when done, feel as you
just watched a really good movie?
For me it is Wednesday nite:
West Wing followed by Law and Order
(NBC 8:PM-10:PM C)

HBO Sunday night... Sopranos & Curb Your Enthusiasm

That's the only 2 shows I watch in a row.

Tuesday 7-9pm
Buffy & Smallville.

My only other "can't miss" show is Scrubs.

HBO Sunday Night 9pm-11pm. Doesn't matter what time of year or what's on the air.

If Law & Order hadn't allowed NBC to manipulate it into a "surprise ending" show, I would consider voting for it with The West Wing.

It's funny, because now that they've abused that hook for so long, they have to do what they're doing for sweeps:

"Next week on Law & Order, there will be TWO, count them ... TWO ... things you'll never guess. What's in Briscoe's pants? And THE LAST 5 MINUTES!!! Ripped from the headlines, it wouldn't be Law & Order without a super-sized surprise!!!"

das

P.S. If for a second you think I'm exagerating, look for next week's promo.

Law and Order has become a parody of what it originally was when it started. Sad.

Anywho, the only real can't miss block I have is Gilmore Girls followed by Smallville. Ed and West Wing too.

Boston Public/Everwood and Enterprise/Birds of Prey are the only shows I sit down in front of the TV for any length of time. I watch Smallville on Tuesdays but not in a block with anything else.

Not the same channel but Sunday is my biggest viewing day.
I have Football, Simpsons, Angel and Sopranos. Not to mention Season 5 of Buffy that I am catching up on from 3:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon.

Gilmore Girls/Smallville

Friends/Scrubs

Firefly/John Doe (giving it a chance for now).

I am pretty sure those are the only shows that I watch that are back to back.
