Is the dance pad for DDR compatible w/PS2?

Assuming you mean the PS1 pad. DC ones are with a converter

Does anybody know where to get the 6 button dance pad? Not those 4 buttons (up, down, left, right) but the 6 buttons (up, down, left, right, upper right and upper left). You know exactly like those of Dave and Buster......
