Getting Any, Sonatine and A scene at the sea HK editions
Searched the forum but hadn't find anything.
Has someone bought one of these titles? I'd like to know something about aspect ratio. DDDHouse says nothing, and so did hivizone, yesasia and others. I want to buy at least A scene at the sea and Getting any, but I don't want to risk getting a pan&scan copy of them.

sonatine subs on the hk dvd, are half assed, so if you haven't seen the movie before, some stuff may sound kinda lame. the vhs copy i had the subs were way better translated. that's the only draw back for this release. i'm not sure how the subs on the tartan release are, but i hear the video quality is crap. this dvd (the hk dvd) is also region 0, not region 3.
