So I sold Mario Sunshine....tell me I'm not the only one

Well I never thought it would come to this...I put up SMS on eBay, sold it and am pretty damn happy to get rid of it. I was getting sick and tired of the tedious challenges as well as the very uncreative levels, enemies and so forth. Just a huge dissapointment all around...however, if this didn't have the Mario name, it'd be considered a fabulous title.

So who else bit the bullet? I mean, this game holds little to no replay value. That being said, I kept my memory card file just in case I so desire to play this worthless title many years down the road.

I'll tell ya, Nintendo really isn't impressing me these days...Metroid Prime and Zelda are left to impress, or else I'm heading over to the XBOX. I've owned all the major Nintendo systems since the NES and I am in shock that I wanted to sell my Mario title to some poor sap. That tells you something.

Its a keeper for me, but nothing wrong with selling a game you don't like. I sold Halo.

No way.. I beat it about a week after the release date, but I still play it a couple hours every weekend.. slowly collecting shines.. same as I did with mario64. And.. in my opinion the levels in sunshine are more creative and well-designed than the ones in 64, especially considering they're restricted to a tropical environment.

I sold mine too. It just didn't capture me like past Mario's did. I picked up super monkey ball 2, and me and the wife are having much more fun with it.

We're going over the same ground that we went over in the thread Groucho posted. Closing duplicate thread.
