Survivor - 10/3/02 - Spoilers

For a while I thought I was watching "Disclosure".

The winner of the reward challenge was
Spoiler:
Chuay Guan, and they got to have 2 red berets spend one day with them, and they showed the "survivors" how to live off the island.

The winner of the immunity challenge was
Spoiler:
also Chuay Guan, so Sook Jai had to boot someone off their tribe.

The 3rd person booted off the island is
Spoiler:
Jed, the lazy blonde dude, by a 5-3 vote, with Shiian getting the other 3 votes.

Is it just me, or is Erin a bit top-heavy?

My God, Ghandia is a frickin bitch. I mean, c'mon, Ted was probably out of line, but what did she expect cuddling all into him like that? She acts as if he tried to rape her or something. Oh, and by the way Ghandia, if it was that offensive, why did you stay lined up next to him all night. Ever think of getting up and moving? Give me a break. Nice little fit, too. If I was on that tribe, I would vote to dump her ass just as soon as possible.

I really hope Ghandia is the next to go. I haven't liked her since episode 1.

It's not just you. She reminds me of Sarah from last season.

Forget to mention, it was fun watching sook jai (or whatever) self-destruct during the reward challenge and then watch Robb and his sour grapes. This guy is such an incredible dork. "Big Ted ain't so big." Yeah, he knocked your dick in the dirt pretty easily, didn't he?

This has nothing do with the latest Survivor but here's a report on what happened recently to one of the cast members from season two. Survivor 2's Kel Discusses Bar Attack for the First Time

That's some crazy stuff. It's hard to believe that it happened in Canada. I thought the folks up there were not as crazed as the peeps here in the U.S. This is the first time I heard of this so I hope this hasn't been mentioned here already.

Yeah, Ted was way out of line, but Ghandia WAY gave him the wrong impression. Last week her hand was on his theigh. This week, she "doesn't mind" spooning with him at night. Then she gets upset when he makes a move. Granted, he NEVER should have made a move, but they are both at fault, IMO. I can't imagine what their spouses will think when they see this aired.

LOL I LOVED it that Sook Jai lost the reward challenge because they were such hot-heads. It's about time! And then they lost immunity, too! I was surprised NO ONE voted to get Robb off though.

Well, it looks like Ted and Ghandia have another week together. If I were Chewi, I'd vote Ghandia off because they still need Ted's strength. And she's obviously the one stirring up dissention at this point.

Gandia = TYPICAL CHICK BULL****

Flame if you will but it's true.

And for the love of god, someone bitchslap Robb. I can't think of a disposition that I hate more than the loudmouthed, arrogant, pretty-boy type.

I'm not usually a fan of really large breasts... I'm a medium sized kinda guy I guess... but Erin =

And yeah, I hope Ghandia goes soon, followed by Robb.

I hope they vote out Robb soon because I can't stand him. And Erin does remind me of Sarah from the previous Survivor.

Why did Shi Ann get even ONE vote over Robb? Guess we can't see all that is going on, but that guy is such a goobersmoocher.

Ghandia... go home.

I would have voted Rob off before Jed.
At least Jed doesn't act like an a$$hole.

Sook Jai was way ahead in the food challenge before they started knocking people out of the attack zone before they were in it. That killed them.

They (some of them) purposely threw the immunity challenge because they wanted to get rid of some people, Jed & Rob.

Ghandia has to go next, please. She should have been gone the 1st week.
If they vote out Ted and keep her they are doomed.

I think Brian is playing the game well. He keeps low, does his work, doesn't boss anyone around and tries to stay neutral.

Weren't the 3 votes for Shiian from Jed/Robb/Old guy Jake?

Robb has to be one of the stupidest Survivors ever, he's the typical jock who doesn't know how to strategize or think through things, and would rather use his muscles to do the talking. Jed's pretty dumb (street dumb) as well, glad he got the boot.

Survivor was pretty cagey in the way they set up that Reward challenge, fully knowing that the psychological profiles of Sook Jai would mean Chuay Guan getting the points from the muscleheads of Sook Jai for each infraction of not engaging in the black zone.

I think Sarah (before she got all biten up by the bugs) was prettier than Erin.

That why I call her Jugs II. (Sarah was Jugs I).

That reward challenge was one most well conceived challenges I ever seen on Survivor. to the producers for coming up with something new and creative.

Did anyone else find Ted's reaction to Ghandia' s rape rather funny?

"You got raped? Get out of here." Or something like that. I don't know, but it made us laugh.

Robb is the biggest idiot. His line about wanting a big turkey for the reward challenge was hilarious.

I also had a big laugh at what the older guy said about Ghandia's fit: "I had a two-year old that did that, but I whipped it and sent it to bed."

The whole Ghandia-Ted thing was a case study on how things can get out of control when people don't talk directly. I kind of blame Brian for twisting Ted's words that "he didn't do anything." Ted never said that, but I could understand why Ghandia would have been upset hearing that.

She was wrong though to accept his apology and then go run and tell her side of the story to everyone while she was still upset.

I enjoyed watching Ghandia throw a temper tantrum.

My wife's comment: "It's good because they distract you from her face"

I'd have said "Meow" except for I agree.

Pretty good episode in my book but I still can’t believe nobody seems to learn from previous Survivor shows. Just chill when it’s early in the game. Stay together, work together, cut the in-fighting and win the immunity.
