Sat. morning ABC nutritional cartoons

So I'm watching my $10 Schoolhouse Rock DVD from the Disney Store and I remember the little guy also on ABC Saturday mornings who taught you how to make nutritional snacks like the wagon wheel, and the ice cube pops...who was he? I'd have like to seen these included on the DVD, as they did include Scooter Computer...

You mean the cheese guy that taught me to make frozen popsickles from kool-aid and ice cube trays? I miss that guy... I would love to watch my daughter see those.

Ah, seeing that picture finally made my brain click. The dude's name was Timer. I remember he had a movie too (afterschool special?) where he took kids through a tour of the (animated) insides of your body.
