Lil Off Topic ...
But I *just* bought SOCOM: U.S. Navy Seals. It Rocks! Graphics are nice, and the headset adds a LOT to the gameplay. I don't plan on going online as I also have an XBxx and got into the Beta for XBox: Live.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good game.

I have GTA: Vice City and Devil May Cry 2 on pre-order. There's plenty of other games I want, but I don't have the money for them. Those will be the only two games(along with Resident Evil Zero for GC) I buy until next year.

GTA:Vice City
I'm pondering a sports game but am not really sure what. Haven't played video games in a long while, and I'm starting to get the urge to get back into them.

I can't believe nobody is going to buy Sly Cooper! I just came home with that and have been playing it the last couple of hours. It's a very cool game. I love the style the game has. I have heard it's very short, but I don't care, so far it's just so much fun to play, you have to play it to understand.

Vice City... that's it. GTA3 was the reason I re-purchased a PS2, and it's the only reason I still have one. What a great (but addicting) game. If Vice City is even half as good, it's a sure purchase.

I'm not sure.
Tekken 4 was on my next planed purchase, but reviews have been a little mixed, so I'll probably rent it.
Kingdom Hearts is starting to appeal to me more. Disney is a turn off, but the fact that it's an action rpg rather than turn based (something I wasn't aware of until recently) makes it a lot more appealing to me.
I'm just not currently playing GTA3, and I'm not liking it as much as most people seem to, so Vice City isn't that appealing to me right now.
Also, Shinobi, Rygar and Contra all have the potential to be awesome.

Bearly cracked SOCOM and Kingdom Hearts, so I don't feel a huge rush to get anything else right away. But...
I'll definately pick up GTA: Vice City next month.
Also thinking about Sly Cooper, Hot Pursuit 2.

NFS: HP 2
btw. do you think Kingdom Hearts would be a good game for my wife?
she liked Final Fantasy 10 and is a nut for Disney characters....i heard the game was kind of hard and monotonous though...
any thoughts?
