Could anyone shad some insight on these?

British show from a few years back. Comedy Central started airing episodes I guess a couple of months ago.

The shows has only run about 3 episodes in the states. I still Tivo it but it is a low priority. The cell phone was funny the first time in the first show, but now I find it annoying. And didn't Monty Python already do the the foreigners screwing up the language?
