Madden 2003 or NFL 2K3?

I am having serious problems trying to decide which one to buy. I love Madden, but I keep hearing more and more how Sega got it right and they surpassed EA this year? So, help a me out, which game is the one to own this year?

IS NFL2k2 really better that madden this year? I thought Madden had released another solid game, but I have yet to play nfl2k2. I'd like to hear what the rest of you think. :)

Ive played both, and prefer Madden. The Franchise mode on NFL2k3 is excellent. ESPN style presentation is great. I took it back due to the fact that I simply dont like the graphic models for NFL2k3. Simply my opinion. I would rent both and make your decision from there. Another reason I chose Madden is because I already had NCAA 2003 with named rosters and I could import the draft classes into Madden. I played NCAA2k3 and really didnt like it.
