I smell a MAJOR scam

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1380414575

His feedback is in white, making it real hard to see. But if you do click it, you'll see he has 11 feedback. Then check then out, all 11 bought this week and none more than $1! Stay far far away!

And he doesn't take credit cards. You have to be crazy to buy something like this over ebay without paying by credit card.

Personally I got my x-box at best buy. For an extra $25 I got a 2 year replacement warranty.

None of the feedback is as a seller either. Looks like he just bought himself some feedback really cheap.

MS charges $80 for a 3 year extended warranty and you have to send it in to be fixed. I had a $400 video card fry on me last week. If I had bought it in Best Buy with the warranty I could have just replaced it on the way home from work. Now I have to send it back to VisionTek.

Back on topic:

All of the auctions he won (well the couple I checked) are of the "free shipping" variety. Usually info related. Like this auction that he 'won' with a $.02 bid for the privelege of using the 'sellers' ING Direct link to sign up for an account for the $25 new account bonus (and the $10 to the referrer).

One of us should open a bogus ebay account and buy all 130 of his Xboxes and then when he starts emailing us for the money, we start emailing him back calling him a fraud and that he should send the xboxes first before we send the money etc... And then when we get his address, we all go over there and rough him up a bit.

And yet somehow, he's sold some of these, as the number available has dropped from 123 to 117. It's just sad...

And then you'll have the same old posts on the ebay message boards from people who sent him checks and money orders and never got their x-box. All in a quest to save a few $$$ they take all these risks of losing more money.

I like how you used the word "please" at the end of it. for some reason it made me laugh.. a serious angry letter and the word please at the end.

In any case, I'm sure you can report this guy as potential scammer.

And the X-Boxs are down to 102 available.

Never mind... It looks like eBay closed both of his auctions.

And when you look at his profile, he's described as being "not a registered user". Strange stuffs...
