stephen king version of the shining on sifi tonight and tomorrow
wed and thu at 9:00 pm on sifi channel. the first part was on last night but since i was in front of the tv all day and night, i didnt have time to report this. many feel that this version is better than kubricks since it follows very closely to the book.

No. Kubrick's version of 'The Shining' was a large departure from the book. King never liked it, hence, the remake which is a lot closer to King's original story.
