Favorite Sopranos Season 3 moments

Funniest lines:

Furio, “We don’ have a lot of bulb jokes in my country. They do not translate.”

Furio, “You gotta da bee onna you hat.”

Paulie, “You’re not gonna believe this! This guy killed 16 Czechoslovakians! He used to be an interior decorator!”

Biggest cliffhanger to me:

Spoiler:
Valery! What the hell happened to that guy and to Paulie’s car? I totally expected at least some kind of set up before the end of the season.

I really enjoyed most of the moments meadow soprano was on screen. Jamie-Lynn Sigler is actually a pretty good actor and got to really do some acting in season 3.

Amen, and I found the last episode of the season to be the best episode of Sopranos yet, and one of the finest hours ever on TV. I wouldn't dare spoil what goes on, but she definitely gets a lot of screen time and makes daddy very, very proud.
Spoiler:
Me being daddy, I don't think poppa Soprano was too happy about her behavior

There are a lot of great things in Season 3 (which my wife and I just watched on DVD). But I think the most powerful and telling scene was the one between Carmela and psychiatrist Sig Krakower who was as blunt as could be with her (Episode 33 - Second Opinion). Partial transcript pieced together from a couple websites:

Spoiler:
Carmela: He’s a good man, he’s a good father.

Dr. Krakower: You tell me he’s a depressed criminal, prone
to anger, serially unfaithful. Is that your definition of a good man?

Carmela: I thought psychiatrists weren’t supposed to be judgmental.

Dr. Krakower: Many patients want to be excused for their current predicament because of events that occurred in their childhood. That’s what psychiatry has become in America. Visit any shopping mall or ethnic pride parade to witness the results.
...

Carmela: He betrays me every week with these whores!

Dr. Krakower: Probably the least of his misdeeds.
...

Dr. Krakower: You tell me he's a depressed criminal, prone to anger, serially unfaithful. Is that your definition of a good man?.... You must trust your initial impulse and consider leaving him. You'll never be able to feel good about yourself. You'll never be able to quell the feelings of guilt and shame that you talked about, so long as you're his accomplice.

Carmela: You're wrong about the accomplice part, though.

Dr. Krakower: You sure?

Carmela: All I did was make sure he's got clean clothes in his closet and dinner on his table.

Dr. Krakower: So "enable" would be a more accurate job description for what you do than "accomplice". My apologies. .... Take only the children--what's left of them--and go.

Carmela: My priest said I should work with him, help him to become a better man.

Dr. Krakower: How's that going?

Carmela: I would have to get a lawyer, find an apartment, arrange for child support.

Dr. Krakower: You're not listening. I'm not charging you because I won't take blood money. You can't either. One thing you can never say: You haven't been told.

Meadow giving daddy his christmas present, and pine barrens among others.

JonTurner, and James M, I agree about Meadow. She is indeed a treat. I hope to see "more" of her in S4. I love her character because she doesn't try so hard to be cute, it just happens; unlike most teeny-bopper girls on screen nowadays. BTW, here's J-Lynn's website. http://www.jamielynnsigler.com/

We should start a fan club.
