Yes...Carson Daly actually had a good guest on...
So I got home from work and caught the last 15 mins of Conan and then see a commercial for Last Call with guest Sarah Silverman.
Pretty short interview and she did say some good jokes. And that pic in Maxim is old (and is my desktop).

It was a rerun, I believe. Not bad, but Carson has no timing, so the interview seemed forced. He wanted to interview her, she wanted to do her material.
I saw her in NYC two weeks ago - brilliant! I love a comic that makes the crowd groan, then laugh.

Carson is still on the air? I'm actually quite surprised, though he probably got a pretty sweet deal from NBC.
So I take it he hasn't improved on his interviewing skills then.

I actually watch Carson Daly pretty regularly. 
Before I couldn't stand him for obvious reasons....and I was jealous as a mofo that he bagged Jennifer Love Hewitt and Tara Reid. But his show is actually pretty decent, IMHO. He's a lot funnier than I thought.
Sarah Silverman, who is the hottest comedienne I can think of, was a pretty bad interview. She's funny, but that interview wasn't very good. Was it just me, or did she seem like she wanted to jump Carson's bones? That time where she jumped onto his lap and straddled his left leg was a pretty big tip-off.
I also saw her interview on Leno that clemente is talking about...that was incredibly horrendous! One of the worst interviews I've ever seen.
But I still like her....and I love Greg the Bunny!
