...in Spain...
...dubbed into Spanish (no original Portuguese soundtrack, it seems)...
...no English subs...

If you do a search you'll find a thread I started earlier on this subject; it seems that there _is_ an English subbed version available in Argentina, but the effort of ordering from an Argentinian e-tailer (most of them won't take payment online and require a wire transfer of some sort) isn't worth it when an American R1 DVD will be available on 10/1.

You are thinking of Brazil, where Portuguese is spoken.

...oops! sorry! my bad! should have checked the IMDb...
...if you want to take a chance with an Argentine e-tailer, this is what the Argentinian DVD (which does have English subs) looks like: Nueve Reinas...
([+]...incidentally... you should see my German DVD of Carlos Saura's 1998 Spanish/Argentine "Tango" - where everybody speaks fluent German...only! ... damn those Germans for dubbing all 'foreign' movies!...)
