You won? That's awesome. Let us know what it's like when you get to play.

A friend of mine imported that game, like, 5 months ago. Very bizarre. He managed to get all the NES games, though. I think some of the better games you can get are Super Mario Bros., Donkey Kong, and Legend of Zelda

I'll probaby pass on this. I hate open ended games and I can play the NES games on emulators. I might rent it just to check it out though.

That's awesome you won a copy though. I'd definitely take it for free.

Congrats Aghama! I got into the Xbox Live Beta, but didn't get picked to be a pioneer. I went 1 for 2. Here is EGM's review of Animal Crossing from the upcoming October issue:

Animal Crossing: (9.0, 9.0, 9.5)
Best: Huge amount of things to do
Worst: Clunky interface
Chris: it sounds super lame, but trust me- it's a blast.
Jeanne: novel Hello Kitty-meets-The Sims concept.
Greg: once you start playing, you won't be able to stop.

I didn't hear about the pioneer promotion in time, so I have to pay for the game...but congrats to you!

I'm getting it next month. It sounds like a great sims like time killer. Plus getting NES games on the Game Boy sounds great.

CreatureX - Wow, that's insane. I thought it would be a straight 7's game for sure, with mabye a few brownie points for the NES games.

I'll give my impressions this weekend.
