Does EB still have their 10-day return policy on games?

Looking to pick up Madden 2003 at EB...was wondering if they still had their ol' 10-day return policy where within 10 days you could return the game for a different one at the same price.

Might as well get a free rent of Madden before I really want to purchase Mario Sunshine.

Yeah they do. Be sure and pick up the extra large memory card for your GCN to play franchise mode on Madden.

To clarify:

1) You can only receive a refund if the game is unopened.

2) If opened, you may exchange it ONCE, so whatever you get you are stuck with.

Certain stores are different, I know the store where I live is in Middletown, NY and they will only allow you to return the game once, and then what you geet you are "stuck" with, but the one about 25 minutes from my house lets me return games opened for cash or just another game as many times as I want, so it is like free renting
