can someone help a stupid gamer...

i've tried everything to get the dog tags from the soldiers and i can't do it. i get the soldier to put his hands up, then i can't get the tag.

When you have your gun drawn on the soldier, point your gun at different parts of his body and he will start to shake. Then he'll drop his dogtag. There are a few stubborn soldiers that won't be scared so easily so you have to put a non-lethal round into them first, like the leg or arm, then they'll give up the dogtag.

You have to make sure that you walk around and face them with your gun still drawn. Also, pointing at their head or crotch is usually what makes them shake (and if they talk back just hit em in the knee ).
