Who has played Soul Calibur 2?
The official site http://r3s.servercentral.net/ already lists a bunch of places that have the arcade. I find it weird that nobody on here has reviewed or talked about it. How is it?

My local arcade has it. It's not much of an improvement over the original Soul Calibur besides more textures on the characters and larger more detailed environments. There are new characters and the original characters have new costumes. The moves remain mostly the same with a few new moves for each character. The game seemed quite easy for me. I was able to beat it with Raphael and Astaroth. Overall I liked the game a lot.

So more of the same, but thats a good thing with SC..
It was basically perfect for what it wanted to do, they could have only screwed it up.
Anyone have a rough date on this for Xbox, and the other systems?

I'm curious as to what extras will be in each of the home versions. The GameCube version is rumored to have Link as a playable character. The XBox version is also supposed to have an exclusive character (and probably 5.1 sound and better graphics). Argh!

Anyone remember Soul Blade?
The original Soul Calibur game, where your weapons had damage gages and if you blocked too much you lost your sword.
The adventure mode rocked because you could unlock new weapons for each char and then in 2p mode you can pick which weapon to use.
Like on did more damage but was slower, and another would never break but did little damage but was fast.
Great stuff that game.

DVD Talk Limited Edition
A buddy of mine knows an arcade in his area that has it, so if everything goes right I may have a review and pics to post here. And what I mean by if everything goes right is if his brother loans him the digital cam.
