Xbox clearance games at Target

Just a note that Target has the following Xbox games on clearance...

<FONT=Arial SIZE=3>
$13.90
NFL Fever 2002
$14.90
Azurik: Rise of Perathia
NightCaster
Mad Dash Racing
NBA Inside Drive 2002
NHL 2002
Spy Hunter
$19.90
Amped
*Bloodwake
*SSX Tricky
*MX 2002 featuring Ricky Carmichael
Leagacy of Kain:Blood Omen 2
$24.90
*Silent Hill 2:Restless Dreams
Gunvalkyrie
UFC
NHL 2002
*Rallysport Challenge
WWF Raw
Jet Set Radio Future
$29.30
*4x4 EVO
$34.90
Gauntlet Dark Legacy
Unknown $ no copies at my local Targets
Cel Damage

Price drops, not clearance
Test Drive Off Road - $19.99
Oddworld Munch's Oddysee - $14.99

Accessories for 50% off
Madcatz/EA memory card $9.90
HD AV pack $9.90
Std AV pack $7.40

Since they lock up all of the Xbox games in the glass cases those were some of the ones I had him scan, there may be more that have been missed markdowns so if you find other titles please post. Only one of the above titles had any sort of clearance tag on it, but it had the wrong price.

edit added more titles to list, and titles marked with a "*" are okay right now on EB's trade in 2 pre-order Mario Sunshine/Super Monkey Ball 2 free deal. I traded MX 2002 & Maximo (PS2-$14.99 Target) for Sunshine today (my cost $37.08 including tax).
edit added title
edit added accessories

Azurik: Rise of Perathia - $14.90
NightCaster - $14.90
Any chance those would be acceptable to trade in for Mario Sunshine at EB?

My EB says there is no trade in deal for Mario Sunshine, only for Sega Sports games.

Anyway add

UFC $24.90
SSX Tricky $19.90

to the Xbox target clearance list.

There are a ton of PS2 titles as well

Ico $14.90
Soul Reaver 2 $14.90
Osage (probably spelled it wrong) $14.90
Baldurs Gate $14.90

and several more I can't remember.

Note that these prices may very a little between each Target -- I know my Target still sells some of these clearances for like $5 more (ie Ico sells for $20 at a few near me).

I've had my X-Box for 8 months but I only own one game and have played a total of four (sorry, I'm a deadbeat owner! )

Anyhow, are any of these worth owning?
I've played SSX Tricky on PS2, is it the same, better/worse, cause thats one I'd like to have.

Silent Hill & Gunvalkyrie may be worth it. Bloodwake is fun in multiplayer.

I'd these if they drop to the ~$10 mark.

Ah yes, add:

Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen $27.90
Mad Dash Racing: $14.90

to the xbox list too. Remember that clearance prices may vary from different Targets.

That doesn't happen around here, we have two in town and one about 35 miles away and when its in the system its the same at all the locations. Thats why I had one of the local scan all the titles on my original list because none of them were even marked clearance, but if they are in the system they will ring up the correct markdown anyway. Missed markdown clearance is always a fun adventure at Target.

All of these prices seem to be reflecting a 50% markdown so there should be a 75% coming in about a month. My local Targets only have one copy on most of these so I don't know if the'll still have them when they drop to 75% off. I'm going to check to see if any have Leagacy of Kain seems like it should be $19.90, Bloodwake was marked $27.90 but rang up at $19.90.

I checked with EB today the local ones were still offering trade 2 (xbox, ps2, gamecube) get Mario Sunshine preordered free, but they have an exclusion list from he|| on xbox titles and I belive all the Target clearance ones were not acceptable, it was wierd because even some of the newer titles (in the last couple weeks) weren't good as trade ins.

I saw Oddworld's new price was lowered to $14.99 (not on clearance). Pretty cool game to boot.

*Target employee here *

It'll happen from time to time. I called a Target about 35-40 miles away before and their Blood Omen and UFC prices were lower than our store's.

One more title I noticed on clearance:

MX 2002 feat. Ricky Carmichael - ?

I forgot the price.. should be in the mid $20's though. There was another clearance title too, but I forgot the name.

Anyone have a list of games that EB does not accept through X-Box? Much appreciated.

Would Best Buy pricematch these? If so, can you use one of the gaming mag coupons for 5 of 20? Getting Rallisport Challenge or JSRF for under 30 would be pretty good.

I got the 2 Toys 'R' Us stores in my area to price match a couple. They didn't even call to verify.

I just came from my local Target where they had Rallisport Challenge marked on clearance at $24.90. This was the version with the strategy guide included. Tough choice not to pick it up since I heard good things, but I really need to save up for a Gamecube and Mario.
