Classical Fans? - DVD International Sale
Their Naxos series dvds are on sale for $12.99 with a flat $6 shipping charge. The sale runs through 8/15. These dvds are about an hour long - they show very nice scenery and famous places, usually related to the nationality of the composer. one complaint is that it doesn't show the performances of the musicians - I like the series,though. I've got the Grieg orchestral, Rimsky-Korsakov Scheherazade, Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition and Spanish Festival-Scenes of Spain. All excellent performances with 5.1 and DTS sound. I've just ordered 8 more. List price for these are 20 bucks, so it's a pretty good deal.
