Differences of denon AVR 3802 and AVR 2802

Receiver
----------
A denon 3802 and A denon 2802.

Besides the total watt output per channel, is there any significant differences between the denon receivers? Which one should i get?

The only bad review i heard on 2802 is the remote, how about the functionality of the 2802 compared to the 3802? Help anyone?????

My rear speakers supports only up to 100w, if i used the denon 3802 on it, will it break?

Help!

The remote on the 2802 has never bothered me at all. However I did use the 3200 for years which had a very similar remote.

The 3802 has an additional 20 watts per channel and 1 additional amp(7 for the 3802 vs 6 for the 2802)

For me the 2802 was fine and I did not need the additional power since my speakers are very efficient(Klipsch).

Your rear speakers would be fine unless you really pushed the 3802 to the max watts.

Personally I think you would not have a problem with the rear speakers.

It depends on money and if you think you will need the additional watts per channel or the additional built in amp.

For me the answer was no I did not need the additional power so I got the 2802.

The 3802 has a better processor than the 2802.
