Mwave's customer service involves lube
(I apologize in advance for the length of this post. I felt like venting here before hitting resellerratings.com.)
Mwave.com generally seems to have good prices, but good luck to you if you have a problem. I ordered a motherboard and a case from them almost two and a half weeks ago. The case arrived on time, but the processor wasn't with it.
As it turns out, UPS screwed up and shipped it all the way back to where it originated. Obviously, this isn't the fault of Mwave, but the next part is. I contacted Mwave and Denisha agreed to send a second motherboard via Fedex 2nd day, so I wouldn't have to wait a week and a half for the motherboard to make it's way to California, then back to Wisconsin. All I would need to do is accept the first shipment and refuse the second.
Perfect, or so I thought.
No Fedex shipment came today, so I contacted Denisha again, and she explained to me that she would have needed to charge me for the second motherboard shipment, which she didn't want to do without contacting me first. Strangly, though, she didn't actually make any effort whatsoever to contact me. In fact, her method of contacting me seems to involve waiting several days for me to call her, meanwhile ignoring an email from me.
She was nice enough to give me a partial apology for lying to me about sending me a second motherboard, but that really doesn't do me much good, nor does it make me want to ever order from them again.
I know that many people have had good experiences with them, but from what I've been reading, it sounds as if they're practically incapable of dealing with the smallest problem.
As usual, YMMV.
