My (Cheap) 5.1 Bedroom Setup

Sony Wega 20" TV - $280 bought floor model
KEF C-Series Fronts - Inherited from Dad
Sony SS-MB100H Rears - $50 pair from Circuit City
Kenwood VR-505 DTS/DD/PL Receiever - $75 from Kenwood Outlet
Kenwood Center Channel - $30 from Kenwood Outlet
Kenwood Subwoofer - $50 from Kenwood Outlet
Xbox - $300
Xbox DVD Remote - $30
Cabling, Xbox Advanced A/V Pack, optic cable - $60

Blasting Gladiator at midnight after a long day of setting everything up - Priceless

Cool, but too bad you paid $300 for the xbox, since the xbox is now $199.

How's that kenwood receiuver? I'm looking for a cheapy receiver with DD/DTS/PL and 5.1 output

Sony Hi-Fi VCRx2
Nintendo Game Cube-just for Resident Evil
Boltz 2 shelf rack for XBR tvs-anthracite finish
All Monster(crap) and Audioquest cable.

The reciever is really nice... but I'm not the best to judge since I was moving up from a 45x2 stereo reciever. My mix and match speaker setup is nice too. I went with some RCA center that they had at the outlet for cheap and it is quite nice.

The outlet is in Georgia, it's about a 20-30 minute drive from where I am in Atlanta.

dvdtailspin, nothing like having 6 dvd players hooked up to one tv.

60 inch mitsubishi tv costs unknown
sony home theatre in a box $399.99
samsung dvd/vhs combo drive $299.99
all the current video game syestems (got all on release date)
and 70 dvds
