DVD Box Office- How long should I wait?

I ordered Dagon (7/23) on July 22. As of today, 7/31, it still hasn't shipped. I e-mailed dvdboxoffice.com and they gave me a cut-and-paste response about receiving new DVDs daily and shipping them on a regular basis. How much longer do you think I should wait before taking my business elsewhere?

Right now I was given the run around by them and will never EVER order from them again

I was after a title and they said its not in stock and so I replied saying when will it be in stock and they said sorry we dont work like that

Thank you! I was hesitant because the price was really good, but I definitely felt the run around.

Price may be good but when you get crap customer service spend a few more bucks and go elsewhere
