Is DDD Back to Normal Yet?
Is Deep Discount DVD back to doing normal business yet? The "upgrade" of their site caused a lot of problems with lost orders, no confirmation emails, etc., and I've been waiting for the dust to settle before placing any more orders with them.
Can anyone here confirm that they've placed an order recently, got a confirmation email, and received their discs with no problems, or are they still working out the bugs?

Talked to the CSR's at DDD and they are very much aware of the problems and very willing to help everybody out. Couldn't be nicer, in fact. Here is the number: 800-258-1995. Will post this on the other threads as well.

I just spoke to a CSR and asked when the site will be back up and running. She said that they're not sure It looks like whatever they've been doing to their system hasn't worked very well at all
