deepddvd-should i worry if
Should i worry if they shiped out my dvd on july 11th and so far as of july 24th i have not recieved it yes...i live in so-california. I used the free shipping optiion

I've used DDD extensively in the last few months. All my DVDs arrived within 2 weeks using the free shipping option. I live in northern California so the shipping time should be similar to yours. If your DVD doesn't arrive tomorrow, you might want to send custumer service at DDD an email about ithe problem.

I got an order from July 10 that still hasn't arrived. And another from July 13. And another from July 16.
Not too worried, except about the July 13 order, which I'm not even sure has shipped.

I had one order in the spring that took 20 days to get to me. I called them a couple of time and they were going to re-ship it if it had not arrived by the 21st day. During that time a week later they sent another order that arrived like 6 or 7 days after it shipped.
