Something odd...

Well the other day I recieved my package from deep discount dvd. Anyway when I opened it up and opened up one of the dvds I recieved, Ghostbusters 2, low and behold it wasnt Ghostbusters 2 inside the case but Ghostbusters. It was totally sealed and brand new with the ghostbusters 2 packaging but with the original ghostbusters inside it.

Anyone else ever have anything wierd like that before?
Any idea how DDD will treat this? I have a feeling its gonna cost me like $4 to ship this damn movie back to them and it was under $10 to begin with.

They'll probably mail you a pre-paid return shipping sticker and replace your copy, so it won't cost you anything.

Static, this wasnt really a ddd problem, it was a problem with the manufacturer, since it was the correct case, just during production the ghostbusters 1 dvd was in the ghostbusters 2 case.

In the past if the DVD was such a low price to begin with, DDD sometimes says to just keep the copy and they send a new on out to you free of charge. Or if not, they almost always send out a pre-paid label to mail it back to them on their dime.

I can say that I have always been pleased with their customer service, and they go the extra mile to make things right.
