Eric Gagné, relief pitcher for the LA Dodgers is the 2nd Québec born french Canadian to ever get voted on a MLB All Star team. Who was the 1st, which team did he play for, what was his position, and in what year did he get picked on the All Star team?

Yup, Claude Raymond, relief pitcher for the Houston Astros, was picked as an All Star in 1966. He did not however get to play in the game. Actually he was a pretty good pitcher. And I thought this was a tough question! You guys are good. :)
And  to das Monkey. When I opened the thread, I said to myself "I bet there will bea post by das in there sharing his love of french speaking people". You're getting so predictable dude. :)
