Help regarding COLUMBIA HOUSE DVD club!
I've completed the required four dvd purchases. And I want to continue buying because I hear you can get GREAT deals. But I don't get those catalogs anymore and I don't have one around the house. I want to use their online site but I don't know my account number. I called them but it wouldnt let me talk to a CSR because I needed to enter my account number first. Anyone know what to do? Thanks

This really belongs in the club forum. If you want to get the best deal and you have completed your requirements you should close your account and start another (you can have two open at a time as well). In the club forum you will find all the info you need on enrollment titles and the basics on how to get the best deal in the FAQ.
