Playcentric - STNG Season 3
Hey anyone get their season three NG DVD's from Playcentric? The first two seasons arrived early, but this one has not shown up yet. There site also shows it as not shipped yet... huh?

ST TNG S3 from Playcentric
ST TNG: S3 -- Mine shipped out on 6/26, received on 6/28. Yours may have shipped out also.
btw, the sound quality is a definte improvement over S1 & 2, especially the bass! Enjoy.

I pre-ordered mine on 5/15 and it has not shipped yet as of 7/4. I also got my Season 2 early and this shipping delay on Season 3 is making me reconsider ordering Season 4 from them.

I also pre-ordered on 5/15. I sent an email inquiry on Wednesday, July 3 asking what had happened to this order. Here is the response I received this morning (7/5):
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email. I apologize for the delay. We
are currently experiencing a delay at the warehouse with
respect to updating the dispatch status of the orders.
I have placed a request for your order to be shipped. Alternatively, please feel free to check the status of your order on the site, using the "Order Status/History" function, in a day or two, once the information is updated.

How do you process your orders? I know of someone who ordered the same item on June 24th. It was shipped on June 26th! Yet my order which was placed May 15th has not been shipped!!! You have had my money for almost 2 months, yet you ship an order that was placed a month and a half after mine FIRST!
This is not a good way to keep my business!

Mine also arrived the 5th sent Priority mail. Beth also credited my account the shipping charges. All well that ends well and a good job by Playcentric I'd have to say.
