What Happened To NorthAmericanDVD.com
I placed my first order with them last weekend and their site's been down ever since. Fortunately I haven't been charged for the item, but does anyone know if they're gone for good?

I was able to ull up the site once two or three days ago, but no luck at all otherwise. I sent them an e-mail about it, but no reply yet. I've gotten good deals from them in the past, but this kind of customer service (let alone not even being able to access their site!) makes me want to reconsider using them again...

I saw that they had Simpsons Season I for 20.99 on dvdpricesearch.com so I was considering them, but now I am hesitating.

Yeah they are still shipping. I got my order yesterday which was surprising because I never got a confirmation email and I haven't yet been charged.

I sent them another e-mail requesting to cancel the order, though I'm not sure what good that will do if they can't even read my e-mail! Does anybody out there have a customer service number for North American DVD?

I still haven't had any luck getting them to respond to the e-mails I sent over the course of the last week and a half (the total is up to four now). Since I sent the first e-mail asking them to cancel my order, they have thoughtfully charged my credit card! I'm giving them until the end of the day to respond, then I'm calling them...but after this experience, I'll definitely never order from them again.

I placed an order for "The Devil's Backbone" just before it was released June 23 or thereabouts, just a day or so before North disappeared off the radar. They even sent a reciept. They re-appeared and the release date for "Backbone" became July 9th. I still haven't recieved the DVD. Obviously, they haven't made a good impression....
