Where can I buy a World Cup jersey?

Adidas.com is out of that size and Soccer.com only has it in S and M. Any other ideas?

But how are the shipping charges? I was going to get one of the adidas balls, and shipping was fixed at 75 dollars for 2 day, with no other choice..
