Anybody else want a Tenacious D DVD?

Along with their HBO shorts, there has to be concert footage, interviews, etc...this would FLY off the shelves!

take a look at my name!

I have the HBO eps on vcd, and I have a dvd of a concert in chigago. I would love to have them on OFFICIAL DVD. You guys ever see Heat Vision and Jack? It was an unaired pilot directed by Ben Stiller, starring Jack Black as an astronaut who gets too close to the sun. It makes him 3 times smarter than the smartest man alive. Ron Silver plays himelf as the badguy, and the best part Owen Wilson plays Heat Vision, a talking motorcycle! One of the best weirdest shows that could have been. You can download that pretty easy. Wow did I ramble...

It would be a must have on "D"vd. I wish HBO would air the shorts again.

As a bone fide non-Tenacious D fan, my take is that this would prolly be a rental for me. I've seen their video for "Tribute" and have heard that sex song on the radio. Not much there, folks. Now if they perform comedy I would be interested, but overall very low interest in this band.

I would most definitely buy a Tenacious D DVD! I picked up their CD not too long after it came out and I listened to it constantly for at least a good solid month.

Damn, I looked in here thinking that you would hook us up. But rather, I would love a Tenacious D DVD, their CD is hilarious.

I'd never heard of it till you posted. Just downloaded the pilot and watched it. It's freakin' hilarious, in a "The Tick" kinda warped way (no wonder Fox didn't pick it up). I did a little searching and the show has somewhat of a cult following. Here's a website.

"Knowledge is power...For real." Ha ha.

Oh, and yeah, I'd love a Tenacious D DVD.

OK normally I consider myself to be a pretty capable net seracher but I cannot find this thing - I found a few places with broken links and Morpheus returns 0 items. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I got my copy of "Heat Vision and Jack" off of Kazaa. No problem finding it there. It comes up right away on a search for it. It's 30 minutes long, but broken up into three files.

Now I just need to figure out how to make a VCD.

I want this more than Star Wars/Indiana Jones/Back to the Future, combined.

Nothing against those movies, I would just watch the D a lot more times (almost 24/7).
