Is the Spiderman soundtrack copy protected?

I've read about new CD's having copy protection, but only in Europe. I bought the ST today, and was ripping to MP3, and every time I've ripped it (3 times now), it's had a bunch of jitter in the songs. This is the first disc I've had this happen to (using musicmatch, digital rip with error correction on).

I don't know if it is or not...but seeing as how it's all over the internet I would say not.

DL and listen to it before you buy it.

It doesn't sound that hot. I don't much care for most of the songs on it, but the chad kroeger song is pretty decent and the Corey Taylor (slipknot) is great as well.
