Please place the order through our site first. This is necessary to
generate an account and identity for you. Give us all the pertinent
information for shipping and contact. When you get to the c.c. entry
use
4111 1111 1111 1111 05/05. This will allow you to pass the order
through. Then you'll need to make notation in the special instruction
field about the money order. Please see our site's general info page
for
shipping charges. If you're ordering from outside the U.S. you'll be
charged air mail rates rather than the default domestic rate.

Why bother with all that? Just go to Paypal.com and you can generate a short-term use credit card number from your Paypal account. Then order just like normal on any site you please. Back when I had a $50 Nissan GC to CDNow, I used this method to pay the extra.

Any online store that accepts MasterCard accepts Paypal.
Simply login to your account, choose "Shop", then choose ""Shop Anywhere" (in the upper righthand portion of the screen). It'll ask for a URL; enter one, and it'll pop up a window with a (one use? not sure) MasterCard number that'll withdraw directly from your Paypal account.
I've used this several times recently, spending excess Paypal funds on a 40x burner and another 80GB hard drive.
I believe transactions are limited to $150 per day.
[EDIT] I guess I should read all of the replies first! But anyway, there's no fee for doing this.
