Scott Safran, who has held the world record in Asteroids for 20 years, couldn't be found for 15 years. However, he has finally been located. He died from falling off a roof while saving his pet cat in 1989. His family will be accepting a posthumous award from Twin Galaxies on his behalf.
His score was 41,336,440 points!
