Saw it at target b&m on the clearance rack. Nothing else worth mentioning. Didn't pick it up, but if anyone is interested, you might want to check out their clearance section (usually on endcaps of electronics isles).

You can find it for $9.99 at most places. I'm one of the suckers that bought this game for $50.

This game has major problems. Stay far, far away from it.

Flay, is the game that bad? I thought that, after the initial snarls, it turned into (at least) an okay experience.

I recently did the free trial in January to check the progress since last September. Not much has improved.

You still need a beast of a system to get a decent framerate. I have 1 ghz, 512 ram, Kyro II 64 meb and my performance sucked. You need at least 1.6 ghz, Geforce 3, and 768 RAM especially if you want to fly planes. Also, you have to download a 100 meg update file just to get started on a very slow server.

Aside from that, there are several control problems. Infantry movement is sluggish and prone to lots of clipping problems. Planes bounce off the ground all the time. Tanks have several turret aiming issues.

The loading times have been reduced, but it's still too long. Especially when you have spawn campers blowning you away every time you try to enter the game.

It's really more of a capture the flag event. You just load up a truck with infantry, haul ass into a town, and grab the flags. There is no real skill or planning involved.

Bottom Line: The game is just no fun. I might give the game another shot at the next free trial, but I don't have much hope.
