I can't imagine a better wedding song than "As Time Goes By" for a wedding......but, that's not exactly your request.
Goodbye Look- Donald Fagen
Goodbye, Goodbye- Stampeders
Hello Heartache, Goodbye Love- Little Peggy
Hello, Goodbye- The Beatles
Kiss Me Goodbye- Petula Clark
Little Goodbyes- Shedaisy
Long Goodbye- Brooks & Dunn
Neither One of Us Wants to Say goodbye- Gladys Knight & the Pips
Never Can Say Goodbye- Jackson 5, Isaac Hayes, Gloria Gaynor
Say Goodbye- Dave Matthews
Say Goodbye to All- Chris DeBurgh
Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye- Eddy Arnold
Wave the Old World Goodbye- Simply Red
We'll Never Have to Say Goodbye Again- Dan Seals
edit: Bye Bye Baby- Marylin Monroe is a pretty good one too.
Good luck with the search. Let me know what you decide on.

You won't ever have to say goodbye
You won't ever have to say "I've wasted all my time"
If the dream you dream ain't what it seems
Just look into my eyes
You won't ever have to say goodbye
--Def Leppard (BTW, it's a ballad)

Bye and bye, I'm breathin' a lover's sigh
I'm sittin' on my watch so I can be on time
I'm singin' love's praises with sugar-coated rhyme
Bye and bye, on you I'm casting my eye
I'm paintin' the town - swinging my partner around
I know who I can depend on, I know who to trust
I'm watchin' the roads, I'm studying the dust
I'm paintin' the town, making my last go-round
Well, I'm scufflin' and I'm shufflin' and I'm walkin' on briars
I'm not even acquainted with my own desires
I'm rollin' slow - I'm doing all I know
I'm tellin' myself I found true happiness
That I've still got a dream that hasn't been repossessed
I'm rollin' slow, goin' where the wild roses grow
Well the future for me is already a thing of the past
You were my first love and you will be my last
Papa gone mad, mamma, she's feeling sad
I'm gonna baptize you in fire so you can sin no more
I'm gonna establish my rule through civil war
Gonna make you see just how loyal and true a man can be
Bob Dylan's "Bye and Bye" from Love and Theft

It's a wedding...you've gotta be cheesy, you've gotta be cliche. It might not say "goodbye" but the sentiment's there..."Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)" by Green Day.
Also, I kinda like "So Long" by Guster.

"We've Got It All"
It's hard to say goodbye,
You're much more than a friend.
When good times become memories,
They never really end.
Like ancient rites of passage
It's time to carry on,
We caught lightning in a bottle
As we went along.
We've got it all,
Wouldn't change a minute
We've got it all,
Never will forget it
As years go slipping by us
You know we will recall,
These times we've found together,
We've got it all.
Long goodbyes never suited you and me.
You know if God is willing
We'll go on eternally.
We've got it all,
Never will forget it.
As years go slipping by us
You know we will recall,
These times we've found together,
We've got it all.

You're much more than a friend.

</small>Yep. It'll have to be an email task as it involves aspects of copyright that go beyond what is allowed here. [I checked].
Thanks to all in advance for their co-operation and understanding.
