Question for Medal of Honor Owners

I am thinking of buying the game from gogamer.com without the manual. How important is the manual? Is it worth $14?

I have never once looked at my manual for MOHAA. IMO, it is not worth the extra $$$'s. BUT, the patches are only for UK/US. You need to make sure that it is an import from the UK before getting it. Otherwise you won't be able to use the 1.1 or 1.11 patches. Good luck!

Manual??? What is a manual?

Seriously.....I never look at the manuals prior to playing a game. Too excited to get the thing going to even worry about it.

The manual is not necessary. You can set your own controls and the software installs easily.

If you mean MOH:AA, I think it's unnecessary. There is a very good in-game tutorial and in-game instruction as you go through the game. If you want, pick it up, and if you run into anything you can't figure out, just post, and we'll help you out.

Where exactly can you find it for $14? I'd be interested to find out at this price. If you're taling about GoGamer (Compuexpert), then the price for the import version is $24.90, last time I checked.

This price has not been GoGamer's cheapest. Two times in the last few weeks, they ran a 48 hour madness special on the imported version for $19.90 plus shipping.

I was talking about the difference in price between the regular version and the import version - the only difference is the lack of a manual.
