Who is this ? (really popular)

I wanna run throught the halls of my high school
I wanna scream at the top of my lungs
I just found out there's no such thing as the real world
It's a just a lie; you've got to rise above.

I like this song, even though he sounds like Dave Matthews (who I dislike). Go figure.

John Mayer has some really awesome stuff....

Check out his song 'Stupid Mouth' --- if you look around hard enough, you'll find lots of Mayer fans.

My roomate is one of them and he has like 2GB of live shows by Mayer.

w00t! I've got 4th row tickets to see John Mayer on Tuesday at the Moore Theater in Seattle. My friend bailed on me yesterday so I gotta find somebody to take with me.

Now to get up enough nerve to talk to the cute girl in my math classes and somehow ask if she'd go to a concert with a stranger.

Bumping this up to say that the John Mayer concert was AWESOME. His band takes his songs to another level live.. I haven't seen funk like that in a long long time. The rumors that he's a bit self-centered and full of himself are true, unfortunately.. but looking past that, he's got a great act with a really tight backup band. If he's coming to your area, I would not hesitate going.

The opening act was also wonderful, Norah Jones. She's got a great blues/jazz voice, and is also easy on the eyes..

Definately check her out if you like female vocals, jazz, blues, or even country.

I had some great pictures of her (and a video of her singing) before security took away my camera. It was funny when they returned it 10 minutes later saying it was too expensive for them to be responsible for (just kept the battery during the show and returned it after).
