I play on there occasionally, but havent in about 6 months or so. I'm getting a cable modem tomorrow, so I sure I'll start playing then. My sn is ThePotentate. My fave map is rivers.

I own the game (Microsoft sent it to me for free!), but I am only mediocre at RTS games.

btw.. aoeII rocks
but a bit outdated.. I also enjoy empire earth and star wars: gallactic battlegrounds (both are the same type of game as aoeII)

I will no longer use the Zone for anything. Ever!

It was the single biggest contributing factor for my closing my two Asheron's Call accounts after 2+ years of playing the on-line game.

It is so bad that Microsoft is abandoning the Zone for Asherons Call 2.
