I am having audio drop-off on the dts track of Vertical Limit superbit version through my Harman Kardon dvd50 player. I just returned the movie for another but, the problem persists. I played the dts on a PS2 and a Sony dvd player and there were no drop-offs. Played several other Dts movies and there was no problem with the audio. Could this be a compatability problem between the dvd player and the dvd movie dts audio track? Any suggestions are recommended.

Thanks,

Ian B

Well, is there an internal decoder inside the Harmen Kardon? I know the PS2 doesn't have one, so that might be the problem.

Yes, my Harman Kardon AVR-310 has the built-in decoder. It works perfectly will all my dts movies which I have around 50 but, with this new release superbit, it seems it is not compatible or t able to read the track correctly.
